This MediCordz lower body kit is intended for core stabilization exercises and can be used in aquatic or dryland training environments. It may also be paired with the Core Stabilization Upper Body Kit for a coordinated exercise setup. The kit includes two 3-foot modular tubes, two combo mounts, and two ankle straps. Brown resistance provides 2.5 to 5.5 lbs of pull.
