Product Description
The MediCordz Core Stabilization Lower Body Kit provides a modular resistance setup for lower-body core training in aquatic or land-based exercise programs. It includes two 3-foot modular tubes, two combo mounts, and two ankle straps for a complete lower body configuration. The Tan resistance level offers 1.2 to 2.3 lbs of pull, and the kit is part of a range that is available in multiple lengths and ten resistance levels. It may also be used together with the Core Stabilization Upper Body Kit for expanded exercise options.
