This upper body kit is part of the MediCordz Core Stabilization system and is intended for core-focused exercise in aquatic or dryland settings. The kit includes two 3-foot modular tubes, two combo mounts, and two modular handles for a complete upper body setup. This Blue resistance version provides 14-34 lbs of pull and is one of several available resistance levels. The kit is also available in multiple length options, including 1.5 ft, 2 ft, 3 ft, and 4 ft configurations.
