Product Description
This upper body kit is part of the MediCordz Core Stabilization system and is intended for exercise applications in the pool or on dryland. It includes 2 modular tubes measuring 3 feet each, 2 combo mounts, and 2 modular handles for a configurable training setup. The kit can be used by itself or in combination with the Core Stabilization Lower Body Kit, depending on the exercise routine and training needs. The Silver resistance level provides 3-8 lbs of pull and is one of several available resistance options. Additional kit lengths are available in the product line.
