This StrechCordz Breaststroke Machine is built for breaststroke training and is intended to strengthen muscles while increasing power through repetitive sweep movements. The complete kit includes two paddles, each with two tubes, along with two combo mounting loops for attachment to a diving board, fence, rail, or another fixed point. The red resistance level offers 12 to 31 lb of resistance and is one of five available resistance options. Inside tubes measure 27 in / 68.6 cm, and outside tubes measure 41 in / 1 m. This product is sold as a complete kit only and does not include removable components or replacement parts.
