The StrechCordz Breaststroke Machine is a complete training kit for breaststroke-specific dryland exercise. It is intended for outward and inward sweep movements and can be secured to a diving board, fence, rail, or similar stationary object for use. This yellow resistance version offers 5 to 14 lbs of resistance and is one of five available resistance levels.
The kit includes two paddles, each with two tubes, along with two combo mounting loops. Inside tubes measure 27 in / 68.6 cm and outside tubes measure 41 in / 1 m. The product is sold as a complete kit only and does not include removable components or replacement parts.
