Built for competitive swimming training, the StrechCordz Grudge Belt provides a controlled resistance setup for partner-based drills and conditioning work. The system includes two adjustable waist belts connected by an 8 ft. length of heavy latex tubing, creating resistance for exercises such as two-person tug of war and barge pulls. The black resistance level delivers 20-45 lb. of pull and is intended to help swimmers work on strength, form, and IM times. This unit is supplied as a complete set with no interchangeable or removable components and no replacement parts.
