Product Description
The NZ Cordz StrechCordz Kick Trainer is designed to add resistance during kick-focused swim training. It can be used to increase workload during leg drills, support ankle recovery from breaststroke kick, and add resistance during dolphin kick movements. This yellow resistance level provides 5 to 14 lb of resistance and is one of five available resistance options.
The trainer includes two nylon shoulder harnesses and two adjustable foot harnesses that connect to two 20 in / 50 cm tubes. It is supplied as a single unit with no removable components or replacement parts.
