The StrechCordz Mini Modular Set is designed for wet or dry-land training and offers a compact alternative to a full modular system. It includes a carry bag, one pair of handles, adjustable leg straps, and two 3 ft. tubes with attached mounting straps and clips. This set supports a range of swim and strength training movements, including full swimmer pull, tricep extensions, rowing, overhead raises, proper hip rotation, and stroke efficiency work. Replacement and additional parts are available, and the set is offered in five resistance levels. This green version provides 8 to 24 lbs of resistance.
