Developed with input from the inventor of Hydro-Pilates, the StrechCordz Pool Aqua Band offers a flexible option for resistance-based training in a variety of settings. This green band provides 8 to 24 lbs of resistance and includes one 38 in / 96.5 cm latex tube, one adjustable ankle cuff with Velcro closure, and one color-coded handle. It is sold as a single unit and is not interchangeable. For expanded exercise options, two bands may be used together.
