Built as an enhancement to the original Quick Connect system, this StrechCordz kit supports resistance training with three different safety cord tube lengths to help accommodate multiple drill configurations. The included tubes measure 4 ft, 10 ft, and 20 ft, and each tube features a Quick Connect buckle on one end and a mounting loop on the opposite end for efficient station changes. Two neoprene-padded waist belts with connection strap are included, and each belt fits up to a 44 in. waist. This red resistance version provides 12 to 31 lb of resistance and is one of four available resistance levels.
