This StrechCordz Quick Connect Kit expands on the original Quick Connect system by offering three safety cord tube lengths for a range of training drills. The set is intended for easy station-to-station changes during in-water resistance work and includes Quick Connect attachments to help simplify setup and transitions.
Each kit includes two neoprene-padded waist belts with a connection strap, sized to fit waists up to 44 inches. Also included are three safety cord tubes measuring 4 ft, 10 ft, and 20 ft, each with a Quick Connect buckle on one end and a mounting loop on the other. The yellow resistance level provides 5 to 14 lb of resistance.
