This StrechCordz Quick Connect Kit expands the original Quick Connect system with three safety corded tube lengths to support a range of swim training drills. The kit includes 4 ft, 10 ft, and 20 ft tubes, each with a Quick Connect buckle on one end and a mounting loop on the other for efficient setup changes between stations. Two neoprene-padded waist belts with connection straps are included and fit waists up to 44 in. The Silver resistance level provides 3 to 8 lbs of resistance.
