The StrechCordz Safety Long Belt Slider is NZ Cordz's primary in-water resistance training product and is designed to add swim out and pull-back resistance for pool workouts. This green model provides 8 to 24 lbs of resistance and is intended to help swimmers work on strength, stamina, quicker acceleration, and stronger stroke finishes. The system includes a 2 in / 5 cm padded waist belt that fits up to a 44 in / 1.1 m waist, along with 20 feet / 6 m of latex tubing and a sliding attachment that moves freely around the belt for unrestricted movement. A proprietary embedded safety cord runs the full length of the tubing and acts as a limiter to help reduce over-stretching. It is suitable for use in either 25 yd or 25 m pools.
