This safety short belt is intended for a variety of pool training exercises, including push-off drills, in-place resisted swimming, resisted walking, running, and other water resistance routines. It is made for swimmers and athletes who want to practice longer efforts in the pool without frequent flip turns while adding resistance to their workouts. The belt includes one adjustable 2 in / 5 cm waist belt that fits up to a 44 in / 1.1 m waist, along with one 4 ft / 1.2 m tube with a safety cord. A loop on the end of the tubing is included for pool mounting. The red resistance level provides 12 - 31 lbs of resistance.
