Product Description
This stationary swim trainer is intended for resistance training in the pool while using lane lines. It allows swimmers to work on proper hip rotation and stroke rotation without traveling down the lane, making it useful for coached drills and technique practice. Multiple swimmers can occupy one lane at the same time, and coaches can assist with positioning and stroke instruction while the swimmer remains in place. It can also be used in home swimming spas where the jets are not too powerful. The trainer includes a comfortable waist belt designed to fit waists up to 44 inches, along with two 2-foot tubes and two 2.5-foot adjustable nylon fasteners with clips on each end. This version is the green resistance level, providing 8-24 lbs of pull, and is sold as a single unit.
