Product Description
The Obi Additional Placemat is made for use only with the Obi dining system. It aligns with the Obi plates and is inserted to support proper functionality during use. Each placemat includes four depressions that correspond with the four bowls on the plate. Obi is designed to provide an independent dining experience for adults and children with physical challenges that affect upper extremity motor control.
Obi is compatible with all foods and liquids, provided food is prepared in pieces no larger than 0.75" x 0.75" x 0.75". Smaller pieces, approximately pea- to grape-sized, are recommended for better spoon capture efficiency. The system can deliver food up to 15.3" above the mounting surface and as low as 2" below it, with a maximum reach of 16" from the plate edge. The plate, placemat, and spoons are dishwasher safe, and the plates are microwave safe. Obi is latex-free and natural rubber free.
