Oped Solushin is a lower limb orthosis designed for use in the management of Medial Tibial Stress Syndrome (MTSS) and related lower leg injuries associated with soleus muscle tightness. It uses patented Counter-Traction Technology to apply focal pressure and support the calf during recovery and activity.
Product Description
The Oped Solushin lower limb orthosis is intended to help address lower leg pain related to MTSS and similar conditions linked to tightness in the soleus muscle. Patented Counter-Traction Technology applies soft, targeted pressure near the point where the calf muscle connects to the tendons, while the strap system is designed to create a torsional force around the calf. This combination is intended to help reduce tension at the site of discomfort.
Solushin can be worn for approximately 30 minutes to 2 hours either before or after running, and it may also be used during low-level daily activities. The orthosis is available in multiple sizes to help accommodate different calf and leg measurements. If the two measurements indicate different sizes, the larger size should be selected.
