Product Description
The OPED VACOcast Diabetic Boot uses vacuum technology and bead-filled inserts to help create a molded, supportive fit that conforms to the foot. This design is intended to assist with pressure relief and offloading, including support for heel ulcer care. The boot can be re-molded with each fitting, which makes wound inspection and treatment management easier for medical professionals.
The covered toe helps protect neuropathic feet from debris entering the boot, while the rocker sole supports improved pressure distribution. A foam insole adds shock absorption and additional offloading. The low-friction, wicking synthetic velour liner is designed to be gentler than standard treatment boot materials. Both the sole and liners are removable and washable for easier cleaning and maintenance.
This medium size fits Men's shoe sizes 6.5 through 10.5 and Women's shoe sizes 7.5 through 11. If sizing falls between options, the smaller size is generally recommended.
