Product Description
The OPED VACOped Diabetic Boot is a therapeutic boot intended for patients with diabetic foot conditions, including heel ulcers. It uses vacuum technology and bead-filled inserts to create a molded fit that helps relieve pressure at the heel. The boot can be adjusted to 10 degrees of dorsal flexion to help shift weight forward when needed, and the fit can be remolded at each fitting for easier wound inspection and treatment access.
The covered toe section helps protect neuropathic feet from debris entering the boot. A rocker sole supports more even pressure distribution, while the included foam insole adds shock absorption and additional offloading. The low-friction, wicking synthetic velour liner is designed to be gentler than standard treatment boot linings. Both the sole and liners are removable and washable for easier cleaning and maintenance.
