Product Description
This GSR and temperature biofeedback system combines galvanic skin response monitoring with a temperature sensor for tracking heat levels in the fingers. Because stress can reduce blood flow to the hands and cause cooling, the unit supports hand-warming biofeedback practice using both GSR and temperature feedback. The system includes a GSR monitor, temperature sensor, remote electrodes for attachment to the hands or feet, a dual-sensitivity analog meter, earphone, instruction manual, and a CD with a short relaxation program. The unit is ergonomically shaped for a comfortable, natural grip and uses tonal feedback through the speaker or earphones. A 9V battery is included.
