Orfit Classic Precuts Complete Thumb Splint is a thermoplastic orthosis designed for use in acute cases and other diagnostic conditions where support is needed on both the volar and dorsal sides. The dorsal thumb portion is intended to help prevent hyperextension of the distal phalanx, and it can be cut away when required. The material includes a coating that helps prevent accidental bonding, supporting easier handling during fabrication and remolding. These precuts are designed for quick, efficient orthosis creation and can be remolded as needed.
