Product Description
Orfit Classic Precuts are shaped for efficient fabrication of custom orthoses when support is needed on both the volar and dorsal sides. This gauntlet thumb post splint is made from 1/16 inch micro perforated material with a coating that helps prevent accidental bonding during handling and molding. The splint is remoldable for quick and practical fitting, and it is suitable for a range of thumb-related treatment applications.
It may be used in the management of tenosynovitis, rheumatoid arthritis, basal joint osteoarthritis, thumb sprain, and pre- or post-operative thumb care. The medium size is intended for hands measuring 3.13 inches to 3.5 inches.
