Orfit Classic Soft is a non-coated thermoplastic material designed for orthotic fabrication. It softens for molding, turns transparent during forming for better visibility, and bonds to itself and outrigger attachments.
Product Description
Orfit Classic Soft orthotic material is supplied in an 18" x 24" x 1/12" sheet size with maxi perforation and comes in a case of 4. This soft version offers increased stretch for accurate molding around anatomic contours, making it suitable for fabricating orthoses from very small to very large applications. The non-coated surface adheres readily to itself and to outrigger attachments, then forms a permanent bond when exposed to dry heat. During the molding process, the material becomes transparent to help improve visibility and control while shaping the orthosis.
