Orfit Classic soft thermoplastic sheet is designed for fabrication of custom orthoses ranging from very small to very large applications. The material becomes transparent when ready for molding, allowing visibility during the shaping process.
Product Description
Orfit Classic soft material is a non-coated thermoplastic sheet that sticks easily to itself and to outrigger attachments. During fabrication, the material bonds temporarily and then forms a permanent bond when exposed to dry heat. The soft version provides increased stretch for accurate molding around anatomic contours, making it suitable for a wide range of orthotic fabrication needs. This sheet is maxi perforated with 25% surface perforation and is offered in a size of 18" x 24" x 1/12".
