Product Description
Orfit Classic Soft is a micro perforated thermoplastic material measuring 18" x 24" x 1/16" with 13% surface perforation. The soft version provides high stretch for accurate molding around anatomic contours, making it suitable for creating small to very large orthoses. During fabrication, the material sticks easily to itself and to outrigger attachments, then bonds permanently when exposed to dry heat. When heated to the molding stage, the material turns transparent to help maintain visibility throughout the forming process.
