Orfit Classic is a stiff thermoplastic sheet designed for orthotic fabrication. It is non-coated, bonds temporarily during fabrication, and becomes permanently bondable when exposed to dry heat.
Product Description
Orfit Classic stiff material is a mini perforated thermoplastic sheet measuring 24" x 36" x 1/8". It is intended for creating orthoses ranging from very small to very large applications, and the stiff version provides increased support and strength for larger orthoses. The material is non-coated and adheres easily to itself and to outrigger attachments during fabrication. When it is ready for molding, it turns transparent to help maintain visibility throughout the shaping process. This version features 3.5% surface perforation and is part of the Orfit Classic material line, which is also available in soft and multiple perforation styles.
