Product Description
Orfit Classic Stiff material is a low-stretch thermoplastic sheet used for fabrication of orthoses ranging from very small to very large. The non-coated surface allows the material to stick easily to itself and to outrigger attachments, supporting efficient fabrication workflows. During preparation, the material bonds temporarily, then becomes permanent when dry heat is applied. When it is ready for molding, the material turns transparent to help provide visibility throughout the fabrication process. This stiff version is intended to offer increased support and strength for larger orthoses.
