Product Description
Orfit Colors NS combines a non-stick coating with easy handling for comfortable splint fabrication and temporary bonding during application. The material can be permanently bonded after removing the coating and applying dry heat. Its precise molding characteristics help it conform closely to patient anatomy and support even pressure distribution during use. This micro perforated version provides 13% surface perforation and is supplied in hot green sheets measuring 18 in x 24 in x 1/12 in, packaged in a case of 4. It is suitable for fabricating small to large orthoses, including finger, thumb, hand, wrist, wrist/thumb, elbow, cervical collar, toe, and fracture brace applications. The material is also remoldable, allowing local reheating and adjustment as needed.
