Its non-stick coating supports comfortable handling and temporary bonding during application, while permanent bonding can be achieved by removing the coating and using dry heat. The material is designed for precise molding to patient anatomy, helping support accurate pressure dispersion during fabrication.
This sheet is suitable for creating a wide range of orthoses, from very small to very large applications, including finger, thumb, hand, wrist, wrist/thumb, elbow, cervical collar, toe, and fracture brace designs. It is completely re-moldable and can be adjusted after local reheating to help reduce material waste. This version is micro perforated with 13% surface perforation and comes in ocean blue.
