Product Description
Orfit Colors NS offers a bright, patient-friendly color selection designed for use across pediatric and adult orthotic applications. This sonic silver metallic sheet measures 18" x 24" x 1/12" and features 13% surface perforation for a micro perforated design. The material is made for precise molding, helping it conform closely to patient anatomy and supporting even pressure distribution across the splint.
The non-stick coating provides comfort during application and allows temporary bonding while working with the material. If permanent bonding is required, the coating can be removed and dry heat used to achieve a stronger bond. Orfit Colors NS is fully re-moldable and can be reheated locally for later adjustment, which helps reduce waste during fabrication. It is suitable for a broad range of orthoses, from very small finger and thumb splints to larger hand, wrist, elbow, cervical collar, toe, and fracture brace applications.
