Product Description
Orfit Colors NS thermoplastic material is available in a range of bright colors and is intended to support patient acceptance during splint wear. The material features a non-stick coating that is comfortable during handling and allows for temporary bonding during application. For permanent bonding, the coating can be removed and dry heat can be used.
Its precise molding characteristics help the material conform closely to patient anatomy and support even dispersion of skin pressure. Orfit Colors NS can be used to fabricate a wide range of orthoses, from very small to very large applications, including finger, thumb, hand, wrist, wrist/thumb, elbow, cervical collar, toe, and fracture brace designs. It is also fully re-moldable and can be adjusted by reheating localized areas to help reduce material waste.
