Product Description
Orfit MultiFit NS is a strong orthotic material intended for fabrication where dependable support and molding control are important. It offers a careful balance between drape and resistance to stretching, helping the material maintain shape against increased tone while still allowing it to be formed to the patient’s anatomy. The surface accepts molding pressure during fabrication and can be spot-heated for small adjustments without damaging the finish.
This NS version features a non-stick coating that helps prevent accidental bonding of components and supports the protection of dressings and linings during fabrication. After the coating is removed, permanent bonding can be achieved with dry heat. The 3.2 mm thickness is suitable for larger orthoses and applications that call for additional support, and the macro-perforated black sheet format measures 60 cm x 90 cm.
