Product Description
Orfit NS Soft is a high-stretch thermoplastic material that supports accurate molding around anatomical contours. The non-stick coated surface is intended to prevent accidental bonding while still allowing temporary bonding during the creation process. Once the coating is removed and dry heat is applied, permanent bonding is possible, and the material becomes transparent when ready for molding. This sheet can also be used as a base for different attachments after the coating has been removed.
This version measures 18 inches by 24 inches and is 1/16 inch thick. It is micro perforated with 13% surface perforation. The soft formulation offers increased stretch for detailed contouring, while the Orfit NS line is also available in a stiff version for applications that require greater support and strength.
