Orficast More Thermoplastic Tape is a versatile thermoplastic orthotic material developed to support quick and comfortable orthosis fabrication. The tape-style roll offers excellent elasticity in two directions, helping clinicians adapt it to a wide range of pathologies while supporting immobilization and stabilization after injury. Its breathable, textile-like structure can be cut easily to suit different orthotic designs, and the blue color provides a clear, distinctive appearance.
Compared with the original Orficast, the More version is thicker, which helps expand its use for larger orthoses beyond the wrist. The added thickness can reduce the need for two layers when a more rigid orthosis is required and also provides a longer working time during fabrication. Each roll measures 11.8 inches by 9 feet.
