Orficast More Thermoplastic Tape is a versatile thermoplastic roll designed for orthotic fabrication where comfort, ease of use, and reliable stabilization are important. The textile-like material offers excellent elasticity in two directions, helping clinicians address a wide range of pathologies while supporting immobilization and stabilization after injury. Its breathable construction and easy-to-cut format make it suitable for creating quick orthoses in different designs.
Compared with the original Orficast, the thicker Orficast More version provides greater material thickness, which can reduce the need for layering when a more rigid orthosis is required. The added thickness also allows for a longer working time and makes the material well suited for larger orthoses that extend beyond the wrist. Each roll measures 5" x 9' and is supplied in blue, case of 6.
