Orficast More Thermoplastic Tape is a versatile orthotic fabrication material developed to offer comfort, ease of use, and reliable stabilization after injury. The textile-like construction provides excellent elasticity in two directions, helping support a variety of pathologies while allowing the material to conform during fabrication. It is breathable and can be cut easily to suit different orthotic designs, making it suitable for quick orthosis creation. Compared with the original Orficast, the thicker Orficast More version expands application options and provides longer working time. The increased material thickness can also reduce the need for two layers when creating rigid orthoses. Each roll measures 6 in x 9 ft and comes in orange for easy identification.
