Product Description
The BROM, or Back Range of Motion Instrument, is used to measure lumbar and thoracic spine motion with a patented inclinometer-based design. It measures rotation and lateral side bend in an upright position, helping support consistent evaluation methods. The magnetic inclinometer and reference are designed to reduce hip substitution errors, and the BROM is recognized as the only instrument that can measure lumbar rotation accurately. The BROM Basic version includes two universal inclinometers for measuring lumbar flexion and extension.
