Product Description
Power Systems urethane grip plates are built for everyday strength training use and are available in six sizes from 2.5 to 45 lb. The black plate includes clearly marked white weight identification, beveled edges for easier pickup from the floor, and designated grip locations for use in exercises that require holding the plate by hand. A metal center ring supports durability and helps with smooth loading and unloading on Olympic bars with a 2 inch diameter.
This plate is sold individually, not in pairs, and is compatible with any Olympic bar. Olympic bar and collars are sold separately.
