Each block measures 31 inches long, 19 inches wide, and 2 inches tall, and weighs 23 pounds. The blocks are made from scrap plastics that are processed and hydrolic-pressed into the patented interlocking DC Blocks mold. This set of 32 supports a variety of facility layouts and training applications, including large platform jerk box setups, clean power position work, snatch power position work, and multiple platform configurations.
