Product Description
DC Blocks Double-Wide are designed for coaches and athletes who need a wider surface for pulling, overhead lifting, and plyometric work. Each block measures 31 inches long, 19 inches wide, and 2 inches tall, and weighs 23 lbs. The Double-Wide format provides a larger platform than standard jerk boxes and can be stacked to reach the working height needed for a variety of training applications.
These blocks are made from scrap plastics processed and hydrolycally pressed into the patented interlocking DC Blocks mold. They are intended for easy stacking and storage, and the set of 40 is suited for outfitting an entire facility. The Double-Wide configuration is also compatible with existing DC Blocks setups when placed on top of two Original crenellated DC Blocks side by side.
