Power Systems DC Blocks Originals are the original interlocking pulling blocks, built for versatile training applications and straightforward storage. Each block measures 19 inches long by 15.5 inches wide by 2 inches tall and weighs 10.5 lbs, making it easy to handle and reconfigure as needed. The set of 32 is suited for lifting from the clean power position for athletes up to approximately 6'6", snatch power position for athletes up to 6', and multiple platform applications.
These blocks are manufactured from scrap plastics that are processed and hydraulically pressed into the patented interlocking DC Blocks mold. Their low profile and small footprint help make them practical for facilities that need a durable, stackable platform system that can be moved and stored efficiently. The set is designed for use in lifting and plyometric applications, and a Flat Top accessory is available separately for users who want a smoother surface.
