Built for strength and conditioning programs, the Power Systems Granite Series Sled provides a solid platform for push and pull training. Its powder-coated steel construction is designed for heavy-duty use, with an outdoor-rated finish to help protect against corrosion. The sled is designed to support leg drive development and acceleration training in a variety of athletic environments.
The sled includes two removable 3' push poles that can be placed in any of the four post sockets for quick changes during training. Carabiner holes at either end allow attachment of a strap or rope, giving users additional training setup options. The 4" wide skids help the sled slide more easily, and the 2" diameter post is designed to hold up to 330 lbs. of plates. Assembly is required, and plates are sold separately.
