Power Systems flat bands are designed for resistance training, stretching, and rehabilitation applications. This heavy-resistance roll provides a 6 inch wide band in a 50 yard length and is marked every foot for easier cutting. The band can be used on its own or incorporated into a variety of workout programs. Attachment handles are sold separately. This product contains latex and may not be suitable for users with latex sensitivities.
