Power Systems Jerk Blocks with a flat top are designed to sit on top of DC Blocks Original units for added comfort during box squats or for use as a landing or stance platform in plyometric and assistance exercises.
Product Description
These flat-top jerk blocks use the same dimensions as DC Blocks Original, but without the top bumper, creating a smooth surface that fits securely on top of stacked blocks. They are intended for use as the top section in a stack when a more comfortable platform is desired for box squats or when a higher landing or stance surface is needed for plyometrics and other training movements. Each block is lightweight at 10.5 lbs. and is made from scrap plastics that are processed and hydrolic-pressed into the patented interlocking DC Blocks mold. Sold individually.
