Power Systems Jerk Blocks Originals are the lightweight, portable pulling blocks designed for versatile training and facility use. Each block measures 19 inches long by 15.5 inches wide by 2 inches high and weighs 10.5 pounds, making the system easy to handle, stack, and reconfigure as needed. The interlocking, crenellated design allows for stable setups and a small storage footprint, while the durable construction is made from scrap plastics that are processed and hydrolic-pressed into the patented DC Blocks mold. This 24-block set is suited for a range of lifting positions, including clean power position work for athletes up to approximately 6 feet, snatch power position work for athletes up to approximately 5 feet 9 inches, and two-platform setups for lifting from the knees.
