Product Description
The Power Systems Jerk Blocks Original set is a portable, interlocking pulling block system built for repeated use in strength and conditioning environments. Each block measures 19 inches long, 15.5 inches wide, and 2 inches high, and weighs 10.5 pounds, making it easier to move, stack, and store than traditional heavy platforms. The crenellated design allows blocks to interlock securely and be arranged into the height needed for pulling, lifting, and plyometric applications. Constructed from scrap plastics that are processed and hydrolic-pressed into the patented mold, these blocks are designed for durability and long-term facility use.
The set of 40 is suited for larger training spaces and is intended for snatch power position work for athletes up to 6'6", jerk box setups for athletes up to 6', and other multiple-platform applications. It is a practical choice for outfitting an entire facility with a flexible block system. Optional accessories such as the Flat Top and Double-Wide are sold separately.
