Product Description
Just Jump is a portable vertical jump testing system that uses a square 28-inch jumping pad and a battery-powered handheld computer unit. To test, the user stands on the mat with feet together and jumps, and the system calculates vertical jump height by measuring the amount of time the feet are off the mat. The digital display shows maximum height attained and hang time for a single jump, and it can also calculate average height and ground time for four jumps. In addition, the unit can compute explosive leg power and foot quickness for shuttle runs and dashes. The system records up to 60 jumps and includes calculations for average height, contact times, and leg power for the first and last 15 jumps.
