When used according to the included directions on hard, non-porous surfaces, it is also effective against COVID-19, a human coronavirus, and remains effective in the presence of 5% serum contamination.
The spray top is designed to dispense enough product with each press to cover a significant area, making it practical for routine disinfection of furniture, equipment, and other non-porous surfaces. It is suitable for use on vinyl exam tables, athletic mats, exercise equipment, counter-tops, transducers, probes, mammography compressor plates, dental equipment, and more. Protex Disinfectant Spray is alcohol, bleach, and solvent free, and it is accepted for use by manufacturers of ultrasound equipment.
