Protex Ultra Disinfectant Wipes provide effective surface cleaning and disinfection in a convenient softpack format. These wipes begin killing germs on contact, eliminate 99.9% of bacteria in 15 seconds, and disinfect in 4 minutes when used as directed. They are formulated as a one-step cleaner and disinfectant for broad use in medical, clinical, and professional environments.
Each wipe measures 7" x 10" to cover a significant surface area, making them practical for routine cleaning of equipment and other non-porous surfaces. Protex Ultra Wipes are suitable for use on transducers and probes, mammography compressor plates, dental equipment, vinyl exam tables, athletic mats, exercise equipment, counter-tops, and similar surfaces. They are alcohol, bleach, and solvent free, and are accepted for use by manufacturers of ultrasound equipment.
These wipes are commonly used in medical offices, hospitals, emergency vehicles, exercise facilities, school nurse offices, and locker rooms. For coronavirus-related use, they may be used against SARS-CoV-2 when used in accordance with the directions for use against Norovirus on hard, non-porous surfaces.
